Hard Hats & Heels

2026

Baytown Habitat for Humanity proudly hosted its first Hard Hats and Heels Women in Business Luncheon, bringing together an incredible group of women from across our community for an afternoon focused on connection, encouragement, and purpose.

The event was created to raise awareness about the mission and heart behind Baytown Habitat for Humanity while creating a space where women could network, build meaningful relationships, empower one another, and learn more about the impact affordable housing has on local families.

The response from the community was truly overwhelming. The event sold out, and we were so encouraged by the number of women who wanted to be part of the experience. From inspiring conversations to powerful moments of connection, the room was filled with support, leadership, and community spirit.

This was only the beginning for Hard Hats and Heels. We are already looking forward to next year and planning for an even larger event so more women can join us.

We are also excited to welcome many of these women back to the job site this October for a special Women Build Day in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Participants will have the opportunity to build alongside Baytown Habitat while wearing pink hard hats in support of such an important cause.

Thank you to every attendee, sponsor, speaker, volunteer, and community partner who helped make this event such a meaningful success. Together, we are building more than homes. We are building stronger communities and lasting connections.

Tees for Keys golf tournament

2026

Our First Tees for Keys Golf Tournament was an incredible success, bringing together community leaders, businesses, volunteers, and golfers for a day of fun, connection, and impact.

Hosted at The Battleground Golf Course, the tournament featured a full morning of play followed by lunch, awards, and plenty of memorable moments along the way. From creative on-course contests to engaging sponsor booths, every part of the day reflected the heart of our mission and the strength of our community.

Because of the overwhelming support, this event not only exceeded expectations but also helped raise critical funds to continue building safe, affordable homes for families in Baytown.

We are so grateful to every sponsor, golfer, volunteer, and supporter who made this day possible. This was just the beginning, and we are excited to announce that Tees for Keys will be an annual tradition.

Stay tuned for details on next year’s tournament.

We had an amazing day and captured so many fun moments along the way.
